How To Play Blackjack
A quick guide on the casino game of blackjack, in this game, not only luck influences winning. You play against the dealer, and the game’s object is to try to add 21 without going over or at least get closer to that value than the dealer. The maximum play gives its name to the game and consists of adding 21 with two cards.
There are two types of blackjack games, the American and the European. The table, the objective of the game and the bets of both modalities are practically the same.
In this guide, European blackjack is used to explain how to play blackjack, introducing the essential aspects to start playing. The European modality has been chosen because it is the one that is played in European casinos and especially in Spanish casinos.

How To Play Blackjack And The Best Of The Game
At the beginning of the game, each player must make their initial bet; after all the participants have made their bets, the dealer will say “no more” to close the betting round and start dealing with the cards.
The dealer will deal two cards face up to each player and one card to himself, also face up. After the cards have been dealt, the dealer hands over the leftmost player to play his hand. After that player has played his hand, the dealer yields to the next player until he finally becomes the dealer. Who plays his hand?
Players who stay further than 21 from the dealer or go bust lose their bets. Players who tie with the dealer, neither win nor lose, get their bet back.
The winning bets with the blackjack play are paid 3 to 2 (the same as saying 1.5 to 1), and the rest of the winning bets, players who have stayed closer to 21 than the dealer, will be paid 1 to 1.
Each player only has one turn to play his hand; in his turn, he can:
Request Card: a player may request the cards they want while their hand is below 21 points. If, when asking for a letter, the player goes over 21, the dealer will withdraw the cards and collect their bets.
Stand: A player can stand at any time.
Double – A player can double their bet. After receiving the initial cards, you can only double the bet at the beginning of the turn. To double the bet, another bet of the same value as the initial bet must be placed. When a player doubles his bet, he receives only one more card. In some casinos, you can double with any score. However, some casinos only allow doubling when the initial hand adds up to 9, 10 or 11.
